PagerDuty is an Incident Tracking and Management platform and Cyara integration with PagerDuty allows you to track Cyara Test Case and Campaign failures as incidence tickets for further investigation.

1. Click Toolbox > Integrations .
2. Click New Integration.
3. Select PagerDuty from the Type dropdown list.
4. Enter a Name and a Description for the integration.
5. Select a User Account to access the Cyara REST API in the Impersonate User field.
   
   
6. In the PagerDuty Details section, enter the API URL and Incident Portal URL of your PagerDuty deployment.
   In the following example, make sure you replace "Instance" with the instance name of your PagerDuty endpoint, as well as including the {id} tag in the URL in the following format to include the Incidence Ticket reference.

   https://instance.pagerduty.com/incidents/{id}

   
7. Enter the authentication details for the API Requests that Cyara will send to PagerDuty. Enter the email address of a valid PagerDuty user on the account associated with the specified API user token from your PagerDuty login.
8. Click Test Authentication to confirm that your API User Token is working correctly.
9. In the Field Selection section, either click New PagerDuty Field to create a pre-formatted field mapping for a set PargerDuty field or click New Custom Field to design your own field mapping by using a Key Value Pair.
   1. Specify a property name to send to PagerDuty in Field Name.

   2. Enter a display name for this field in Display Label. This name is displayed when the user creates an incident.
   3. Select the type of field in Type. The options are: Constant, a Choice for multiple fixed values. or a Single Line Text or MultiLine Text input or a Lookup for values built using an API call.
   4. In Field Value, specify the constant value or template for the value to send to the external service. For a Choice field, use a comma separated list of values, the first being the default.
   5. The checkboxes allow you to configure field properties such as Required, Read-Only and Overridable.
   6. Click Add Field to add the new field to the Field Selection table.
10. Click Save Details to save your changes, and Enable the integration using the toggle in the top right corner of the Integrations screen.
