After you have successfully logged in and if either of the following two criteria are true:
- A mismatch between Cyara
entity fields and the corresponding Quality Center entity fields. In the screen
becomes visible. It contains a table with the following columns:
- ENTITY within the PROJECT
- Field name within the above entity
- The action required by the user to correct the issue
- The detection of Optional
and Mandatory fields
A screen as shown below appears:
If any additional fields are present in Quality Center, they are displayed in the screen as you can see in section B in the screenshot. If any of those fields are marked as Required in Quality Center, they will be marked with a red asterisk and you cannot proceed until they have been populated on this screen.
- Click the Next button to go to the next page. Upon successful validation of these fields, all input data will persist at the Account level for the next time this page is presented.
