To edit a User, the User Administrator needs to perform the following steps:
From the main menu, click
Users. This lists all the existing Users as
- Click the User's name link from the list you want to edit, and the Edit User screen appears.
- Make the required changes. Refer to the Creating Users topic for information on fields.
Accounts attached and
Reset Password options also appear.
- Select the Attach Account button to add more accounts to this user.
In case you want to Reset the Password, complete the
Valid Passwords: A valid password must be between 8-16 characters long and contain at least: one lowercase alphanumeric character, one numeric character, one uppercase alphanumeric character, and one non-alphanumeric character.
- After you have made the changes, click the Save Details button.
