The {Choice}
Tag can be used when matching a prompt that has at

ListenForPSSTAfter Tag Tutorial Video
The {ListenForPSSTAfter}
Tag is a useful Test Case editing tool,
where you can instruct the Test Case to ignore any leading silence periods and
start detecting for any silence only after the defined time has expired. Watch

Optional Tag Tutorial Video
The {Optional}
Tags are used to mark a Cyara Test Case Step as
"optional" for situations where prompts may or may not be played. For example,
high-volume messaging, confirmations, holiday messages, and promotions. Cyara
supports two different implementations of the Optional Tag, in
"{Optional AudioLength} and
