Creating New Sites

To create a new Site, follow the steps below:

From the main menu on the Cyara Portal, select Build and then click Sites under the Cyara Virtual Agent heading. The Sites screen will be displayed, which shows a list of existing Sites:
Click the New Site button. A pop-up dialogue box will be displayed as shown:
Enter the new Site’s Name and then click the Apply button. Each Site Name must be unique, and must match the Site Name in the Virtual Agent services configuration file‏.

Note: When creating a Site for the Recording Validation feature, note that if the Agent Coordinator is installed, the Site Name has to match the value of AgentBrokerManagerSettings.Site in the Cyara.Agent.Execution.Host.exe.config file.
