Managing Existing Sites – Cyara Knowledge Center

Sites that have been previously created may be edited or deleted from the list of existing Sites.

Editing a Site

From the main menu on the Cyara Portal, select Build and then click Sites under the Cyara Virtual Agent heading. The Sites screen will be displayed, which shows a list of existing Sites.
To edit a Site, click the Site's Name which appears as a link in the list.
Make the required changes and then click Apply. The steps are similar to those outlined in the New Sites section. The Site Name must be unique, and must match the Site name in the Virtual Agent services configuration file‏.

To delete a Site, select the Site and then click the red trash can icon on the right-hand side of the Sites list. A pop-up message is displayed requesting confirmation of your selection.
If you have confirmed that the selection is correct and you wish to proceed with the deletion, click Delete. Otherwise, click Cancel.
