Only a user with an Dashboard Admin and Administrator role can access the Ticker administration page.
Red = unresolved; Green = resolved; Blue = informational
The Ticker administration page allows push notifications to mobile devices and to the
Dashboard page for outage and informational messages. This Ticker is only shown on
the Dashboard if the configuration parameter tickerEnabled
is set
to True.
A Ticker/Banner can be used to post information messages or Outages.
For Outages, an additional incident number and its current status is displayed. 

- Red = unresolved; Green = resolved


Creating Ticker Messages
Resolving Outage Messages in Pulse Dashboards
- Click the word 'resolve' within the outage message.
- Update the Ticker Message (and Management Notifications) as appropriate:

Click Resolve to confirm.
- The Dashboard ticker will scroll the resolved outage message with the current timestamp.

The outage/incident number will also be displayed above the ticker/banner
(the background will be in green) as shown:
