The Audit Logs page displays audit traces of every activity performed via the Cyara Web Portal. This page helps Platform Administrators trace updates to Cyara Data Entities. The headings 'Category' and 'Sub Category' are used to classify the activities performed on the Cyara Portal (for example, a Category would be a Test Case and a Sub Category of that would be deleting that Test Case) including in Crawler, the REST API service, and in XML Imports for all Cyara Portal Users.
The Audit Logs page can display information up to the last 180 days maximum (UTC timestamps).
- To access these audit logs,
log in as a Platform Admin user. From the navigation panel, click
Administration>Platform

- You can filter this page by Date &
Time and To range,

Daily Audit Logs
The Audit Logs page displays audit traces of every activity performed via the Cyara Web Portal. The Audit Logs can now be set to be saved into an external comma delimited audit file as soon as each activity is performed and the corresponding audit log entry is added. If required, you can configure for a new audit file to be created on a daily basis.
The audit file must be configured to be stored at a secure location. The audit file is in CSV format and has a configurable locking option. To enable the Daily Audit Logs functionality, refer to the Cyara Deployment Guide.
