ELMAH (Error Logging Modules And Handlers) is a special set of logs that are generated whenever there is an HTTP exception‏. These are additional log files provided apart from the Cyara log files.

Cyara uses a third-party tool to provide these log files.

1. To access these log files, log in as a Platform Administrator user. From the navigation panel, click Administration > Platform TroubleshootingPortal Logs. You will be presented with a screen displaying all the error logs for the Cyara Web Portal as shown:
   
   
   
   
2. Click Details... to view the detailed description of the error.
