23.1 Platform Features
- CP-31497 - Feature: Virtual Agent - Genesys Cloud Single Step Transfer activity support
- Genesys Cloud Virtual Agents now can simulate the Single Step Transfer activity on the voice channel.
- CP-31495 - Feature: Virtual Agent - Amazon Connect Consult Transfer activity support
- Amazon Connect Virtual Agent now can simulate the Consult Transfer activity on the voice channel
- CP-31634 - Feature: Virtual Agent - Support for Genesys Cloud SSO Agents
- Genesys Cloud Virtual Agents now supports Single Sign-on. Previously Genesys the identity service had to be operational to log in these virtual agents.
- CP-32386 - Feature: Display availability of Inbound Ports in the Booking Calendar
- Previously after making a booking on some occasions it was rejected due to other bookings using the same slot. Now a user can see if the required amount of Inbound ports is available on a specific date/time. This will make it easier to pick a time and reduce the effort required to book a load test.
- CP-32261 - Feature: New Web test case attribute for adding http headers
- A new attribute is available on Web Test Cases to add both HTTP and HTTPS headers which are sent with each request.
- CP-30311 - Feature: Set session TTL for Account Usage page
- A Session TTL timeout issue has been resolved for the Account Usage page. Users will now be automatically logged out of the Cyara Platform if they remain inactive for 30 minutes on this page. Further improvements to session timeouts will be addressed in upcoming Cyara Releases.
23.1 Platform Updates
- CP-14237 - Changed: Updated Goto link error message
- Improved the message displayed when deleting, copying, or cut-pasting nodes in CX models that include Goto nodes or nodes targeted by Goto nodes, where the action would make those links invalid.
- CP-31580 - Changed: Force success will be blocked for Email, SMS, and Web (Chat) channels
- This change prevents users from attempting to force success on email, SMS, and web (chat) channels. The earlier implementation only updated the dashboard records, now that force success will be changing the test results, we need to prevent users from attempting to do so. This is to ensure that the dashboard and test results remain aligned.
- CP-31758 - Changed: Updated test results propagating up to the dashboard
- The force success will change the underlying test result for tests associated with the spot being updated on the dashboard. This change allows direct updates to test results to be reflected on any open dashboards.
- CP-31873 - Changed: Revised Pulse Dashboard Footer
- This update aligned the layout of the Pulse dashboard footer to match the rest of the Cyara platform.
- CP-30934 - Changed: Cascade Force Success to test result
- This change cascades the success status to the underlying test results associated with a spot. This ensures that the test results align with the dashboard.
23.1 Issue Fixes
- CP-21847 - Fixed: Web Test Case Response Time
- Previously the timer was stopped to capture the response time of step 0 but was not restarted to capture the response time for step 1. Hence both step 0 and step 1 have the same response time.
The timer will now be restarted after step 0 to capture the response time of step 1.
- Previously the timer was stopped to capture the response time of step 0 but was not restarted to capture the response time for step 1. Hence both step 0 and step 1 have the same response time.
- CP-30312 - Fixed: Web Test Case Handling of Null Frames
- This issue is caused by frames that can't be loaded by the browser. The error was not handled and hence broke the Web test case.
A check has now been added to skip frames that can't be loaded.
- This issue is caused by frames that can't be loaded by the browser. The error was not handled and hence broke the Web test case.
- CP-31144 - Fixed: CX Models - Deleting multiple elements with an internal GoTo reference
