ResolveAX provides the ability to create multiple Sites and Teams for grouping of Agents and ease of analysis.
For example, you may want to organize agents based on their location, in which case, you could create Sites such as Sydney, Singapore and Japan. Or you may want to organize agents based on the team they are in, such as Sales, Billing or Channels. If you have teams spread across multiple Sites, you can use Sites and Teams in combination.
To create a new Site or Team, select Manage Agents from the Administration menu. Under the Agents tab, click the + button and enter a Team Name or the Site details.
Existing Site and Team details can be edited by selecting the item you wish to edit (Sydney Site in this example), clicking the edit (pencil) icon and then updating the details.
Existing agents can then be added or moved to a Site and/or Team by clicking the checkbox beside one or more agents and then selecting Update Agents from the Actions button.
- Agents can only be a member of one Team and one Site
- When an agent is added to a site, the configured location of the site will override the geo-location of the agent that ResolveAX identifies based on the agent’s IP address
