Your instance of ResolveAX also has configurable Alarms for proactive notifications.

With these configurable Alarm Settings you can;

• Define MOS Threshold For Alerts – The Mean Opinion Score ranges for Low and Average results that will trigger the MOS Alert notifications. This threshold only relates to Alerts. It does not affect MOS results that are displayed on dashboards
• Configure Call Status Alerts – Whether to send an alert based on the results available in your Call Status dashlet on the Overall Trend page, what type of result triggers the alert, and who to send the notification to.
• Configure Voice Quality Alerts – Whether to send an alert based on the results available in your Voice Quality dashlet on the Overall Trend page, what type of result triggers the alert, and who to send the notification to.
