Dashboards graphically present your ResolveAX data for quick and easy issue identification and root cause analysis.
There are four dashboards:

Overall Trend: Quickly identify real-time or historic category failure trends and patterns in need of analysis

Team Monitoring: High level real-time and historic monitoring of agent Teams

Agent Monitoring: Detailed real-time and historic monitoring of individual Agents

Analysis: Deep dive into a particular category for detailed real-time or historic result analysis
