Note: ResolveAX currently supports agents using an Amazon Connect Contact Center environment.Cyara will deploy customer specific cloud instances of ResolveAX and users who need access will be provisioned as one of the following two functional role types:
- ResolveAX Reporting : Read-only access to dashboards and reporting.
- ResolveAX Administration: Admin role with complete access to dashboards as well as the configuration screens (Agents, Teams, Sites etc.)
- An agent desktop browser extension (or embedded SDK by special request)
- A customer-specific cloud instance of Cyara ResolveAX (deployed by Cyara)
- Customizable ResolveAX Dashboards
