The Team Monitoring dashboard collects data from all agents and breaks it down into teams to make the data easier to digest. Quickly see how different teams are performing across the organization, how many calls they took and how many were good vs low quality calls. Changing the time frame enables you to focus on the data you need.
All the teams are presented, listed in order of their call quality results, with the teams that have the lowest call quality results displayed highest in the list as there could be a potential issue to resolve.
The dashboard instantly highlights teams with call quality and health check issues, as well as how many calls have been manually flagged as poor (thumbs down) by agents. Clicking on a Team will take you directly to the Agent Monitoring dashboard, which will then automatically display data for that team of agents.
