Cyara utilizes both Endpoint Switches and individual Endpoints to test Contact Centres.

An Endpoint Switch is the Cyara representation of an entire telephony system (PABX) and an individual Endpoint is the representation of an Extension or Directory Number (DN) within that telephony system.

The diagram below is how Cyara will replicate your PABX system with Endpoint Switches, and replicate your Extensions with Endpoints.

In the diagram below, the Cyara setup is represented on the left and the customer infrastructure is represented on the right. Endpoint Switch 1 will replicate PABX 1, and Endpoint a will replicate Extension d etc.
