Example Genesys SIP Endpoint Configuration

To build a new Genesys SIP Endpoint, follow the steps below.

1. Open Genesys Configuration Manager

2. Navigate to Switches

3. Pick a SIP Switch

4. Right-click and select New > DN option to create a DN

5. Below screenshots are provided for a reference, but your organization may require additional settings depending on your local configuration

   1. General Tab

   3. Annex Tab
      

   4. Annex Details (By double clicking on a given Annex)
      

6. Once you have configured your DN, click on Apply then OK to save your changes.
