23.5 Region Release Timetable

The standard Cyara Support timetable applies to this release. Cyara will offer technical support for 1 calendar year after this release is live, and this release will be marked as end of life after 2 years.

Note: Future Cyara Releases will contain all features delivered in this release.

23.5 Platform Features

• CP-35616 - Feature: Load Test Booking Calendar
  • The Load Test Booking Calendar has been enhanced to make it more user friendly and efficient. This includes improvements to the placement and navigation of the dialogue feature.
• CP-34159 - Feature: Pulse Dashboard - Voice Service Group 30-day uptime
  • The Pulse Dashboard now includes the uptime of each Voice Service Group for the last 30 days. This helps to understand the availability of the infrastructure being monitored.
• CP-35336 - Feature: Twilio Flex UI v2.0 support
  • Twilio Flex Virtual Agent Adapter has been updated to support both UI versions, 1.0 and 2.0. Previously, the adapter could automate only v1.0.
  • The CVA adapter no longer requires a plugin and can directly communicate with Twilio Flex.

23.5 Platform Updates

• CP-35073 - Changed: Page headers
  • User Account Name and the Account menu are now visible on the headers of all pages in the Platform.
• CP-35350 - Changed: Load Test Booking Calendar - CAPS check no longer required
  • When using the Cyara Load Test Booking Calendar, the number of Call Attempts Per Second (CAPS) is no longer required to see the availability of booking slots.
• CP-35273 - Changed: Additional variable for alarm profiles
  • In addition to the $Username variable for existing Alarm Profiles, we have added a new variable "$AlarmProfile" as a replacement for Alarm Profiles where the Username is empty.

23.5 Issue Fixes

• CP-34553 Fixed Load Test Booking Calendar - Pop-up menu overlaps the navigation menu
  • Resolved an issue with the Load Test Booking Calendar UI, where the pop-up menu overlapped the navigation menu while booking a test.
• CP-35006 Fixed Load Test Booking Calendar - "Approve" button missing
  • Resolved an issue with the Load Test Booking Calendar UI, where the Approve button was not visible while booking tests later in the day.
• CP-35045 Fixed Load Test Booking Calendar - Validation red border missing
  • Resolved an issue with the Load Test Booking Calendar UI, where the red border validation was missing for Endpoints field.
• CP-35093 Fixed Load Test Booking Calendar - Buttons are not accessible
  • Resolved an issue with the Load Test Booking Calendar UI, where the buttons were not visible while booking tests for later in the day.
• CP-35227 Fixed Load Test Booking Calendar - Overlapping menus
  • Resolved an issue with the Load Test Booking Calendar UI, where the menus overlapped while booking a test.
• CP-29145 Fixed Web Test Case - Test Case fails when browser and chrome attributes are used
  • Previously, a Web Test Case would fail if the versions of Chrome and ChromeDriver did not match. The driver version is now updated in our Chat service.
• CP-34586 Fixed: Pulse Dashboard - ServiceNow Tickets do not auto resolve
  • Resolved an issue with ServiceNow integrations using the "Auto Resolve" feature which prevented tickets created through Dashboard Alarm Profiles from being marked as resolved after a successful test run.
• CP-34696 Fixed: Scheduled custom report
  • While generating a PDF report for large volume of total calls, an SQL exception appears.
• CP-35028 Fixed: General Error when Duplicating Endpoint Campaigns
  • Previously, an error would arise when attempting to copy and save Campaigns with Endpoints as the Endpoints were recognized as unaltered during the copy process. The Endpoint status has now been updated to ensure that the Endpoints are correctly persisted alongside the duplicated Campaign.
• CP-35231 Fixed: Cyara Web component
  • Resolved an issue with AngularJS controller in the Cyara Web Component.
• CP-35317 Fixed: Error while updating Alarm profiles and schedules
  • Previously, "AlarmProfilesAccessRestricted" error would appear while updating alarm profiles and alarm schedule using APIs.
• CP-35416 Fixed: General error while accessing Pulse Report
  • While accessing a Pulse Report for the last 24 hours, a general error would appear.
• CP-35633 Fixed: Cruncher Results Summary - Subtitle missing
  • A subtitle is now correctly displayed on the Cruncher Results Summary page.
• CP-35634 Fixed: Cruncher Results Summary - Results Summary button is incorrectly located
  • The Results Summary button is now correctly located on the Cruncher Results Summary page.
