The Cyara 23.7 Release was an Internal Version of the Cyara Platform as we continue to develop and improve features and functionality. As a result this Release was not deployed to any of the Cyara Regions. All of the below improvements to the Cyara Platform will be included in the upcoming 23.8 Release.

23.7 Platform Updates

• CP-32770 Changed: Nice CXone Authentication API

  • Nice CXone Virtual Agent adapter has been upgraded to use the latest authentication API, which provides better security for CXone users.
    
    There are changes in the adapter configuration specified below:
    After nicx authentication process upgrade, the below environment keys are not needed anymore, as these details are now retrieved dynamically as part of new authentication process.

      An additional extra optional environment key has been added with specified default value:

• CP-36923 - Changed: Voice Scheduler - Shared Dataset Expansion
  • Performance improvements have been made to expanding Test Cases that are using Shared Datasets.
    
• CP-36739 - Changed: Improved Chart Display
  • The layout of multiple reports including Load V. Response and APS V. Unsuccessful have been updated. This update moves the filters to the top of these types of Reports for ease of use and to better utilise the available screen space.
    

23.7 Issue Fixes

• CP-36400 - Fixed: Invalid notification for Dynamic Data Service driven paths in CX Models

  • When CX Models were improved in Cyara Release 23.6, a legacy check remained for dataset scenarios when a Dynamic Data Service (DDS) pointed to a CX Model path. This has now been resolved and will remove the inaccurate notification.

• CP-36650 - Fixed: Service Group Status Indicators

  • Service Groups in a Pulse Dashboard will now display the correct status indicator icons. 

• CP-36767 - Fixed: Genesys Cloud with Azure SSO, Agent Login

  • There was an issue identified with Cyara Virtual Agent (CVA) release 23.5, where in Genesys Pure Cloud Campaign Agent SSO login (with Azure IDP) step would fail unexpectedly.
    In this release, we have addressed two causes for these failures.
    After the usual SSO login, the environment redirected to the main directory page of Genesys Workspace. However, CVA was expecting that home page after SSO login would be splash page.
    If the "remember me" option was selected, a correct proper wait time is now utilised to ensure home page is loaded correctly. 

• CP-36793 - Fixed: Slow Campaign Abort if Calls Not Started

  • When aborting a campaign with calls not started, the campaign was taking longer to be stopped, this has been fixed

• CP-36870 - Fixed: Improved Folder Invalidation Performance

  • Certain folder operations in the portal caused the folder list for that entity type to be re-cached in memory. When that list became large (over 10 thousand folders), the performance degraded, and could take several minutes to recover. The performance of this re-caching has been improved.
