23.8 Region Release Timetable

The standard Cyara Support timetable applies to this release. Cyara will offer technical support for 1 calendar year after this release is live, and this release will be marked as end of life after 2 years.

Note: Future Cyara Releases will contain all features delivered in this release.

23.8 Platform Features

• CP-35936 - Feature: New Cyara Portal Menu Design
  • The new design update for the Cyara Portal menus and headers is now live. You can pin the sidebar with the Pin button, or collapse the sidebar to increase the amount of available screen space.
• CP-36769 - Feature: Load Test Calendar - View Campaign Runs
  • Looking at the Load Test Booking Calendar for a previously run Campaign, you can now click on this Campaign and be redirected to the Run Report page for the Campaign that was run during the selected booking timeslot.

23.8 Platform Updates

• CP-35218 - Changed: Fixed CX Model Verify Notification Link
  • Previously, when viewing the CX Model Notification dialog, clicking on the link would not direct the user to the relevant node, and the link was the main page bookmark. Now clicking on the link or using the link in a new window will display the relevant node that requires validation.
• CP-37431 - Changed: Cyara Virtual Agent - Avaya Aura 10.x Compliance

  • Cyara Virtual Agent has been updated to library compliance with Avaya Aura 10.x. The TSAPI SDK has been upgraded to v10.1.3.

  • This updated does not change the functionality of the current Avaya integration, this update is also backward compatible with v6, v8 Avaya Aura AES.
• CP-37551 Changed Modified CX model path identifier generation and display

  • The Model Path Identifier (MPI) is used in CX model generation reports to uniquely identify the path taken through a CX model to define a Test Case. This MPI consisted of the IDs for Decision and Response nodes that have more than one option. This is now extended to include Shared modules with more than one outcome. This allows for the MPI to continue to highlight the path after the shared module, which in some cases was not possible.

  • Also, a generated Test Case will terminate at the first prompt after a Goto node. But the MPI highlight would continue to some random point in the model causing confusion. This display has now been updated to match the Test Case. The goto node will gain the focus for such an MPI as it is the last node which defines the main path that defines the Test Case. If you wish to see that last step of the Test Case, you can double-click the goto node and it will focus on the target.

23.8 Issue Fixes

• CP-36461 - Fixed: CX Model Crawl for Node with 0 Major Confidence
  • Nodes with Major Confidence set to 0 would fail to Crawl due to incorrect logic. This has been fixed.
• CP-36904 - Fixed: CX Model Sidebar Pane Visibility
  • Resolved an issue with the new sidebar navigation, where if you opened a CX Model and collapsed the sidebar it would become unrecoverable.
• CP-37549 - Fixed: Improved performance of testresults feed api
  • Improved the performance of the database query used by the "/v3.0/accounts/{accountId}/{channel}/testresults/feed" endpoint. This should address timeouts experienced by some customers.
