23.9 Region Release Timetable

The standard Cyara Support timetable applies to this release. Cyara will offer technical support for 1 calendar year after this release is live, and this release will be marked as end of life after 2 years.

Note: Future Cyara Releases will contain all features delivered in this release.

23.9 Platform Features

• CP-38531 - Feature: CVA: NICE CXone - Support for Hold and Retrieve Call Activities

  • NICE CXone now supports Hold and Retrieve Call Activities.

    The following Voice activities now can be used in the behaviors for NICE CXone:
    * Request Hold
    * Wait Hold
    * Request Retrieve
    * Wait Retrieve
    
    
• CP-38096 - Feature: CVA: Genesys Cloud extend "Answer" wait times 
  • A new flag for Genesys Cloud CVA answerwebtimeout=<duration milliseconds>. This can be used to extend waiting for "Answer" button on Genesys Cloud UI. This will assist in situations when Genesys Cloud instances are slower than usual and may not be able to render gux-button.btn-answer within 5 seconds.

23.9 Platform Updates

• CP-38349 - Changed: Cyara Call Explorer call blocking
  • Due to Spam Blocking regulations in China we cannot make calls to that country via Cyara Call Explorer.

23.9 Issue Fixes

• CP-34193 - Fixed: SMS Test Case / Block Count

  • Corrected the count of Steps displayed on a SMS Test Case.

• CP-36596 - Fixed: Default result selection to Result Summary

  • After stitching reports together, the Report Type option will now default to Result Summary when viewing the report.

• CP-38289 - Fixed: Duplicated Port Usage Report

  • Resolved an issue where the Port Usage Report would display filters twice.

• CP-38426 - Fixed: Fixed ability to move Campaigns back to root folder

  • Resolved an issue with the Initial Beta release of Modern Campaign List folders, where Campaigns could not be moved back to the root folder. The Campaign pages continue to be improved and are currently in a closed trial stage. This feature will be made generally available to all Cyara users in an upcoming release.
