The standard Cyara Support timetable applies to this release. Cyara will offer technical support for 1 calendar year after this release is live, and this release will be marked as end of life after 2 years.
Note: Future Cyara Releases will contain all features delivered in this release.

CP-36823: Cyara now supports Virtual Agent for Five9 CCaaS.
- Customer and Agent experience can be assured for existing deployments or migration effort to Five9 cloud.
The functionality covers Answering/Releasing/Holding calls as well as validation of attached data. Simulation of WebRTC / PSTN based agents. As well as standard or SSO login options.

CP-38363: Nice CXone Virtual agent is extended to cover Consult Transfer scenarios

NICE CXone now supports Consult Transfer.
The following Voice activities now can be used in the behaviors for NICE CXone:
* Request Transfer Consult
* Wait Transfer Consult
* Request Transfer Complete
* Wait Transfer CompleteCancelling of the transfer is not supported at this stage.

CP-36891: Source Carrier - Location details are now available in TestCases v3.0 API Endpoint.
- Enhaned Global Dialing Add-on source "Local Call" attributes are now available in TestCases v3.0 API Endpoint.

CP-38362: Virtual Agent Validation Rules are now available via API.
- It is now possible to create, retrieve and modify a Data Rule Set via V3 API. If the rules are used in Agent Behaviors it is also possible to retrieve the dependencies for detailed evaluation to determine if a rule should be modified.

CP-39357: Enhanced Global Dialing short number update.
- Enhanced Global Dialing package as received support for short numbers. Now if a destination is not a full PSTN number and Cyara cannot reliably determine the destination the Test Case editor will display a country selector.

CP-38261: The new navigation menu is now GA

Over the past four months, we have diligently collected your feedback and made adjustments to the enhanced navigation menu. With this release, the new menu becomes the standard option, and we will retire the classic menu.
Changes for you: There will no longer be an option to switch back to the old navigation. We welcome your continuous feedback to enhance the portal's navigation as we progress with user experience improvements.

- Notifications have been moved to align with the new navigation menu, notifications are visible in the Details section.
23.11 Issue Fixes

CP-36894: Test Cases with changes in local call carrier details now are imported correctly.
- Test Case import of with local call details under certain conditions did not update. This now has been resolved. The issue affected only Test Cases with Enhanced Global Dialing destionations.

CP-38189: Popover Position Fix.
- In the past, the popover of the donut chart was positioned at the bottom when there was insufficient space to the left. This often led to the popover being cut off. To address this issue, an adjustment has been made to position the popover to the right.

CP-38725: Load Test Calendar access issue.
- Resolved an issue where users configured with the following roles (BusinessAnalyst, BusinessExecutive, QAAnalyst) would not be able to see the Load Test Booking Calendar menu item correctly.
