The standard Cyara Support timetable applies to this release. Cyara will offer technical support for 1 calendar year after this release is live, and this release will be marked as end of life after 2 years.

Note: Future Cyara Releases will contain all features delivered in this release.

 

24.1 Platform Features

  • CP-41024 - Feature: NICE CXone Consult Conference and Single Step Conference Support

    • NICE CXone now supports Consult Conference.
      The following Voice activities now can be used in the behaviors for NICE CXone:
      * Request Conference Consult
      * Wait Conference Consult
      * Request Conference Complete
      * Wait Conference Complete
       
      NICE CXone now supports Single Step Conference.
      The following Voice activities now can be used in the behaviors for NICE CXone:
      * Request Conference Single Step
      * Wait Conference Single Step

       

  • CP-40707 - Feature Linked dataset scenarios are displayed in Test case generation report grid

    • When Cyara generates Test Cases from a CX Model that has a dataset attached, the resulting Test Case generation report will display dataset scenarios in front of each applicable Test Case. If you continue to click through the linked scenarios, it will open the dataset page and will only show those scenarios filtered in the grid.

24.1 Platform Updates

  • CP-40120 - Changed: GICD+ Call details in Pulse API

    • Pulse calls that utilise the Cyara In-Country dialling feature will now have their call details available via the Pulse API

  • CP-40547 - Changed: Agent Import and Endpoint page header design update
    • Agent Import, Endpoint Management and Reporting page headers have been updated to match the new Cyara Portal theme
  • CP-41028 - Changed: Field Update Support for V3.0 API
    • The ability to update the "TotalCallsToMake" property on a Voice Campaign is now supported with V3.0 Campaign API.

24.1 Issue Fixes

  • CP-37297 - Fixed: Diff Tool Error

    • Previously, the presence of an incorrect tag in the expected field would result in an error within the diff tool. To address this issue, a new check has been implemented to appropriately handle such erroneous tags. 

  • CP-40246 - Fixed: Paragraph Characters Validation

    • The SMS doesn't support the validation of paragraph characters. A change has been made to convert paragraph characters to line breaks for text comparison.

  • CP-40327 - Fixed: Headings in Custom Pulse Reports

    • Found and fixed an issue where the header of a Custom Pulse Report would not display correctly.

  • CP-40369 - Fixed: Agent DataRule API was unable to create a set with special characters

    • Cyara Virtual Agent DataRuleSet API 3.0 was not able to create rules with values having special characters. Example "?:><&". This now has been resolved and special characters accepted the same as in the portal forms.

  • CP-40590 - Fixed: Five9 for new login sessions was blocked by an acknowledgement page

    • After agent login Five9 can display acknowledgement screens, this prevented the Virtual Agent to finish the login sequence. This now has been improved to check for any acknowledgement screens and close them before proceeding going ready.

  • CP-40595 - Fixed: In Virtual Agent edit page attributes attached to a server displayed obsolete line break

    • Virtual Agent edit page, for more than one attribute was rendering "<br>" line break. This caused confusion if data is incorrectly loaded for agent configuration. This now has been resolved and symbol removed.

  • CP-40657 - Fixed: ServiceNow Integration Credentials Update

    • The ServiceNow Integration with the Cyara Platform now supports using special characters < > in their basic login credentials.

  • CP-40749 - Fixed: Virtual Agent: Avaya AES Consult Transfer Cancel not working

    • Cyara Virtual Agent: Avaya AES Consult Transfer Cancel activity was not operating as expected, this now has been resolved.

  • CP-40967 - Fixed: Virtual Agent Summary report showing more interactions than required

    • When an Agent Behavior had more than one failed step then it counted towards interaction count. This has been now resolved and the summary will match interactions received at all times.

  • CP-41305 - Fixed: Agent Realtime report for Agent Desktop campaign show ready/busy count

    • In certain conditions Agent Realtime report for Agent Desktop campaign would not show ready/busy count, this has now been resolved.
