The standard Cyara Support timetable applies to this release. Cyara will offer technical support for 1 calendar year after this release is live, and this release will be marked as end of life after 2 years.
Note: Future Cyara Releases will contain all features delivered in this release.

CP-40666 - Feature: CX Models - Test Case Generation Report Update
- When generating Test Cases from a CX Model, the number of steps for each generated Test Case will now be visible in the Test Case Generation Report.

CP-40281 - Changed: Exporting CX Models
- CX Models can no longer be exported to 3rd party software such as Visio, or to other platforms such as Amazon Connect or Genesys Purecloud. The ability to export to a JSON file remains unchanged.

- A new schedule screen on Pulse Campaigns allows you to visualise the campaign schedule as blocks of time for each day of the week that the Campaign is scheduled to run.

- Country & Carrier details will now also be included in incident alert emails sent from Pulse Campaigns.

- When entering a toll-free number that could operate within either the USA or Canada, a new option to select the appropriate country for in-country dialling is now available.
