Unable to Connect to the Cyara Platform

If you are unable to connect to the Cyara Platform at https://cyaraportal.x (Where .x is your regional Cyara Portal, e.g Cyaraportal.us or Cyaraportal.co.uk), or specific pages within the portal do not load correctly, follow the troubleshooting steps below.

  1. Ensure that you have an active connection to the internet, try browsing to google.com to confirm you are online.

  2. If you are able to see the Cyara Portal Homepage, but fail to load specific internal pages such as the Load Test Booking Calendar, ensure that you do not have any firewall rules blocking access to the following domains

    • https://cyaraportal.x (where .x is your regional Cyara Portal)
    • https://api.cyaraportal.x (where .x is your regional Cyara Portal) 
      Note: You can also try browsing to https://api.cyaraportal.x directly, make sure that you can see a response message, rather than a failure to connect.

Access to the Cyara Portal requires access to both of the above domains, if you operate a firewall with a list of approved domains, these domains must be allowed.
