24.4 Region Release Timetable

The standard Cyara Support timetable applies to this release. Cyara will offer technical support for 1 calendar year after this release is live, and this release will be marked as end of life after 2 years.

Note: Future Cyara Releases will contain all features delivered in this release.

24.4 Platform Features

• CP-32662 - Feature: Virtual Agent: Genesys Cloud Chat Support
  • The Cyara Virtual Agent has been upgraded to integrate with Genesys Cloud Chat, enhancing its capabilities to mimic a live agent's interactions. This new functionality enables the Virtual Agent to engage in chats, receive, send, and validate messages, as well as verify data associated with interactions. Prior to this development, Cyara supported voice channels within Genesys Cloud. The addition of chat capabilities significantly improves the platform's ability to ensure comprehensive end-to-end regression testing for chat services, as well as to facilitate a seamless migration to Genesys Cloud, bolstering overall system performance and reliability.
• CP-40360 - Feature: Outbound Campaign - Endpoint Grid View
  • To improve readability, Endpoints on an Outbound Campaign will now be shown in a paginated grid view. Click on the Endpoint Tab on the Outbound Campaign to view the full list.

24.4 Platform Updates

• CP-42956 - Changed: Test Case Export Timeout
  • Improved speed when exporting testcases using CyaraXML. This effectively increases the limit that can be exported in one request.

24.4 Issue Fixes

• CP-42343 - Fixed: Running Large Numbers of Test Cases

  • Running a Campaign that contains a large number of Test Cases could previously result in a timeout and the Test Cases failing to start properly. This has been addressed with performance improvements to the Campaign workflow.

• CP-42404 - Fixed: Performance Improvement for Campaign Save

  • Creating a new campaign and modifying an existing campaign with a large number of test cases could take a long time and cause a request timeout. The performance of this workflow has been improved to mitigate the request timeout issue.

• CP-42846 - Fixed: Importing Custom Functions in Chat Test Cases

  • Fixed exception when importing Custom Functions in Chat Test Cases through CyaraXML
