ResolveAX Release 24.5 New Features

ResolveAX Alerting

In our latest iteration of ResolveAX Alerting, we are introducing the capability to select from minimum/maximum, or overall average values obtained from a call. This enhancement empowers users to determine whether they wish to receive alerts when the minimum MOS or maximum packet loss, jitter, RTT, performance or WebRTC bandwidth utilization recorded in a call fall below the specified threshold. For those who prefer a broader notification approach, the 'Average' option is available. These refined features offer users increased flexibility and precision in monitoring critical metrics for their calls.

Agent Integration - No Calls Received – Configurable Timer

We're enhancing the Agent Integration dashboard to provide users with more control over the 'Calls Received' icon which turns red if an agent is online and not receiving any calls. In the Settings section, the timer that controls this icon is now adjustable. The time set in the Settings section will be reflected in the Agent Integration dashboard and will also determine when the No Calls Received alert is sent out if alerting is active.

Selectable Time Zones

ResolveAX now provides a dropdown list containing various time zones, organized by regions or cities. Users can select their desired time zone from this list. Once a time zone is selected from the dropdown, ResolveAX dynamically adjusts the timestamps displayed throughout the application to reflect the selected time zone. This does not require a page refresh to the changes are made seamlessly for the user. The default time zone will remain as the user's local time zone. The new time zone feature gives users the option to override this. The time zone selector is located at the bottom of the ResolveAX UI, so it is always easily accessible.

Deep Dive Data Export

We're excited to introduce a new feature in the Deep Dive section of the ResolveAX platform: the ability to export data to CSV format. Now, users can easily export data from both the 'Events and Interactions' table in the Session Scorecard view and the Events table in the Interaction Deep Dive. These downloads will include JSON information, providing comprehensive data for further analysis and insights. This enhancement aims to streamline data management and analysis workflows, empowering users to extract and utilize data more effectively.

Enhanced Location Information in ResolveAX Analysis Dashboards

We have added three additional columns to display location information (City, State, and Country) to the tabular view alongside the existing 'Geolocation' column. This enhancement aims to provide users with clearer and more comprehensive location details. These additional columns will be added to all dashboards in the Analysis section.

In the Location Analysis dashboard, we have introduced detailed location information underneath the Geo Location, listing the city, state, and country.

ResolveAX extension support for Chromium Manifest V3

Manifest V3 (MV3) is the latest version of the extensions platform. This refers to a significant update to the WebExtensions API used to build browser extensions. MV3 introduces several changes and improvements over previous versions, including enhanced security, improved performance, and privacy enhancements. The ResolveAX team has made the necessary updates to the ResolveAX extension in support of the transition to MV3.
