24.5 Region Release Timetable

The standard Cyara Support timetable applies to this release. Cyara will offer technical support for 1 calendar year after this release is live, and this release will be marked as end of life after 2 years.

Note: Future Cyara Releases will contain all features delivered in this release.

24.5 Platform Features

• CP-38605 - Feature: Endpoints Tab in Outbound Campaigns
  • Updated the way that Endpoints are managed within an Outbound Cyara Voice Campaign. A new Endpoints Tab has replaced the pop-up Endpoint settings window. This new Endpoints Tab is available on the Campaign Edit screen. Here you can sort/add/remove multiple existing Endpoints at once, allowing for multiple bulk actions to make setting up your Outbound Cyara Voice Campaign easier.
    

24.5 Issue Fixes

• CP-41947 - Fixed: CLI is not listed in GICD Test Results
  • When placing Calls using Global In-Country Dialling (GICD), the dialled number would not be fed correctly into the Test Results page. When placing calls using GICD, the calling number will now appear correctly in the Test Results.
• CP-42037 - Fixed: See Availability for Past Days
  • When using the Cyara Load Test Booking Calendar, clicking the See Availability button while viewing past calendar dates would incorrectly display a 404 error. The See Availability button is now disabled when viewing calendar dates in the past.
