What is the Cyara Community structure, and what kind of questions can I ask?

  Cyara Community is a forum-like system with Discussion Topics, Posts, and comments. 

  The structure is as follows:

  • Community
  • Topics
  • Posts
  • Comments

  Cyara Community Users can see predefined Topics under which they can create their own posts. Currently the Cyara Community is limited to the following two topics:

  • Cyara New Product Features Q&A
  • Cyara Product Roadmap Forum

  The range of content will be expanded in the future as Cyara introduces more public Topics based on User demand.
