    The Cyara Community is monitored by Cyara experts who will answer most of the questions. 

    In a scenario where a question cannot be answered, or an issue with the Cyara Platform is discovered, then the Cyara Community Moderators will escalate that post or comment to the Cyara Support Team in the form of a Support Ticket. 

    When this happens, the author of the Post or Comment will receive a notification via email about the linked Support Ticket, and this Post or Comment will be marked accordingly. 

    Please note: only the author of the Post and/or Comment will be able to access details of this support ticket. 

    When the Support Ticket is resolved, an Official Comment will be placed on the discussion thread.
