I have a new group that will be setup for automatic Pulse testing. This group only wants to be notified by email of a failure. They do not need to look or access the Pulse campaigns.
I was wondering what is the best way to create a generic login to setup email notifications for a Pulse Alarm Profile?
Right now, I see that if I want to setup a new Pulse Alarm Profile, it has to be attached to a user. Ideally, it would be great if the user could just be (department name). Then I would setup the email distribution list under that group. That would also help me recognize which groups are currently being emailed about alarms.
