Cyara API call limit

Hi Everyone,

Looking for some assistance in identifying the API call limit for Cyara. We are looking to plug into Cyara's API's to monitor campaigns and campaignruns and could include multiple tenants (account ids)

On doing something similar for another technology vendor, we hit the soft limit of 2 million api calls per month. This equates to approx 230 devices that can be monitored every 5 minutes but we have more. 

Just trying to gauge the limit prior to going into the build.

    Hi Rob!

    We do have a limit, but it is not on a monthly basis, it is more per minute. We are protecting the platform from the excessive usage, as you probably know how easy is to overload the system with too many requests per second.

    We can get you the exact number, but I would recommend you to open a support ticket to receive the current value.
