Cyara is a technology agnostic testing platform. So the simple answer is yest, Cyara will be able to place calls to your new IVR and validate if testing scenarios are experiencing the correct behavior from the IVR. This equally relates to functional, multilingual and Load/Performance testing.
When it comes to E2E, we need to know details, what do you use for agents. If it is something we support, then yes, we can do E2E testing as well.
